The Lord was at work in our clubs in November.  During the month, there was a total of 24 new children. We asked for a lot of prayer for the clubs in Fremont, especially the Pathfinder Good News Club^®.  The Lord answered our prayers and children came.  The Pathfinder club had three children start attending. This was very encouraging to Virginia and her team. The Daisy Brook club started slow, but the enrollment doubled and is now up to 14.  PRAISE THE LORD!!  Out of the ten clubs, seven had an increase during November. The clubs are as small as three to as large as 40. There were five children who prayed to receive Christ as Savior. We are working on getting two more clubs; in Walkerville and White Cloud. There is a very good chance that we might be able to get at least one of them started in January. If we are able to get both of them started, we will reach our goal of 12. Pray that we will be able to start these clubs.

Chapel Speaking

I had a great opportunity to speak during chapel at Oceana Christian School. This is something I really enjoy. This was the first time I was able to speak this year. There were 53 students that day. Several raised their hands for salvation, but none came to talk to me. I hope the seed that was planted will stay with them. One of the first- or second-graders did come to tell me when she received Christ. This was great to hear. I will get another opportunity to speak there again in January.

International Conference

May 4-9, 2020 is the Child Evangelism Fellowship^® International Conference. We want to send all our staff to Conference this time, which will cost $2,000. Registration for Conference is now open, and we hope to be able to register soon. Please be praying that we will be able to raise the funds needed for Conference.

Teacher Training

Attention children’s workers and people who want to work with children. We will be offering a Teaching Children Effectively™ course in January or February. This is a 33-hour course lasting four weeks. There will be a cost for this course.

We also have a course called Quick Start training. This is a video training that we can do as a group or you can watch online. This one is free. If you would like to participate in one of these trainings, please contact our office to let us know which training you would prefer. The location of the trainings will be determined at a later time.

 

Summer Ministries

Even though it is winter, we are starting to plan summer ministries. Beginning in January we will be looking for people to host a 5-Day Club^® or help in fairs and festivals. I hope you will think about joining us this summer to reach the children with the Gospel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mark your calendar for our annual banquet on March 7. The theme is Every Child, Every Nation, Every Day. It will be held at New Era Bible Church. Be watching future letters for more information.
