Shoreline Prayer and Praise

Praises: 

• The staff all had a week of rest and relaxation.
• Southwells had the opportunity to do children’s ministry at the Christian Motorcyclists Association state rally. 13 children came throughout the weekend. 
• Preparations for Good News Clubs are coming together. 
• Another individual is interested in supporting Lizzie Kate monthly. 

Prayer:

• Finances for the chapter.     
• We need more volunteers to join the committee this year.
• For the 2024 election year.
• For the nation of Israel.
• Jim Draper, health issues.
• Jennifer Syer, continued healing.
• Clarissa Thomas is back in the hospital with some health issues. 
• Southwell’s daughter Rachel.
• That we can make new contacts with churches in the chapter. 
• That more support will come in for Lizzie-Kate Potter. Both for monthly support and for Children’s Ministries Institute (CMI). She has 58% of what she needs for CMI.
• Planning for the Good News Clubs this fall.
•  The Fall Banquet planning. The banquet will be October 8th at Cornerstone Baptist Church starting at 6:00pm.
•  Melody Rumble, Committee Member, had an accident over the weekend and broke her leg and will have surgery today. Praying that all goes well.  
• Fall Fest at Newman Christian Community Church on Saturday. Shoreline CEF has a part in that. Pray that all goes well.
