Praises:
- Five new Good News Clubs started last week.
- A total of 50 new children started attending the Good News Clubs.
- Banquet plans are coming together.
- Got the approval to start Good News Club in the Shelby schools.
- Had a great activity with our teens last Saturday. Four teens came.
- More funds came in for Lizzie to go to CMI.
Prayer:
- Finances for the chapter.
- We need more volunteers to join the committee this year.
- Good News Club starts in Shelby on Thursday. Pray that children come.

- That we can make new contacts with churches in the chapter.
- That more support will come in for Lizzie-Kate Potter. Both for monthly support and for Children’s Ministries Institute (CMI). She has 75% of what she needs for CMI.
- The Fall Banquet Tuesday at Cornerstone Baptist Church starts at 6:00pm.
- Melody Rumble, Committee Member, as she heals from surgery.
- Will be doing chapel at Cornerstone Christian Academy. Pray that all goes well.
- Harvest Party Club at the Ladder in Shelby. Praying that children will come.
- Wendy is having carpal tunnel surgery on October 14th. Praying that all goes well.
