Shoreline Prayer and Praise

June 30, 2026

Praises:

  • Had a great second week of CYIATM.
  • The second week of CYIA, we had four clubs throughout Grand Rapids. There were 39 children that attended these clubs with one salvation decision.
  • Shoreline staff had a safe return from the second week of CYIA.
  • The staff was able to get the rest they needed from training.

 Prayer:

  • Finances for the chapter. We are praying that the Lord will bring in $10,000 of general giving for the month of July.  
  • We need more volunteers to join the committee this year.
  • For the nation of Israel.
  • Jim Draper, health issues.
  • Jennifer Syer, health issues. She is having some car issues as well. 
  • Southwell’s daughter, Rachel.
  • That we will make new contacts with churches in the chapter.   
  • Summer ministry planning. Our goal is to have 18 5-Day ClubsⓇ. We are praying for 6 more. We want to try to get clubs in Grant, Baldwin, and Freesoil. 
  • For volunteers to help in the fairs and festivals this summer. 
  • For Wendy as she is preparing to teach in an Instructor of Teachers® Level 1 course in Kentucky in July. 
  • The Southwell’s car is having trouble with some overheating. Please pray that they will be able to fix this problem.
  • We have one 5-Day Club® and one Festival on the schedule for next week. pray that children will come to hear the gospel.
